We develop high-precision sensors, new sensor and actuator systems based on integrated nanostructures and standard technologies, Beyond CMOS components, innovative integration technologies, and enhance them with innovative approaches including simulation, data analysis with artificial intelligence, or system security. Through consistent requirement engineering, we adapt the systems for different applications and integrate them into superior complex systems. We support our customers from design through method development and end-of-life predictions to data-based methods with innovative testing and reliability developments.
